国家科技图书文献中心（NSTL）2007年度新购买了下列17家出版机构的143种网络版全文期刊和4种数据库，并于2008年1月1日为国内学术机构正式开通服务。

本校读者通过学校范围内合法IP登录期刊网站可查看资源全文。
上述出版机构的电子期刊凡在Ingenta平台上提供服务的，Ingenta平台上会在列出的期刊名称前标有“S”，表示该期刊已在读者所属单位的IP范围开通服务，不需用户名、密码即可直接查阅期刊全文。
